Home Learning Resources is a Three Sisters Production. Three Sisters aims to provide homeschool families with Home Learning Resources for the student and the home teacher. This website will give you information about Three Sisters and all of its recent and current productions.

HLR Programs are Three Sisters’ latest venture. These programs are planned to cover a variety of topics to enhance your home learning. We produce about one program per month.

The HLR Stuff Sale is a family to family production where families can shop for “used material at used prices” from each other. Families rent tables from Three Sisters for a reasonable fee; there is no admission to shop. Our next Stuff Sale will be held on April 17, 2010.

The HLR Conference is a new event held concurrently with the HLR Sale. It was founded to be affordable, fun, practical, and useful. Themed “Home School Success,” with featured speaker Sherry Fiscella, the HLR Conference will be held April 17, 2010.

The original HLR Sale is a retail sales event with free admission. It will be held concurrently in 2010 with the Stuff Sale. Vendors of home school materials in our region are welcome to have a booth and can contact our office for an application. Past HLR sales have been held in Des Moines and Coralville.
